Toothpastes are made up of very small particles which are designed to remove stains from the surface of the tooth enamel. It is important to choose a toothpaste that contains no fluoride as this can damage the teeth. If
you decide to use toothpaste with charcoal, it should only be used occasionally and not used as a regular treatment. If you brush your teeth regularly, you shouldn’t use it often as it may actually do more harm than good.

A number of studies have shown the potential benefits of Charcoal toothpaste using charcoal toothpastes, but none of them have been conclusive enough to warrant recommending the use of charcoal toothpastes for dental health.
3) Charcoal can cause bad breath
Breath freshening toothpastes may contain charcoal that can cause bad breath.
Breath fresheners containing charcoal may contain other ingredients that could be harmful if swallowed.
4) It has the same benefits as charcoal
There is little evidence that charcoal toothpaste has the same benefits as charcoal as a supplement.
